I have enjoyed every experience and class I have ever taken with FloFiyah and Mz.Flo. They are absolutely incredible teachers and motivators.

Persistent, brawny and innovative!!!

I have been to a little bit of everything. The open mic, heel class, virtual dance, and couples experience to name a few. When I say with the Flofiyah experience is worth your time! I enjoyed every event and learned some great skills that I can use in my life. It’s a great time, vibe is amazing and music is great! The people are impeccable you have to come out and enjoy this great experience you won’t regret it!

My experience was a positive empowering female experience. The sessions brought a diverse group of backgrounds, careers, economic, statuses & life experiences. The diversity enhanced and drove the discussions to heights unimaginable! Let me say that it was the female therapy that every woman needs. I came in one way and walked out another way along with an extension of my female network. This is an unforgettable and comfortable experience with some unexpected outcomes that you will be grateful for. F.E.E.D Your Soul! You won't regret it!

My first F.E.E.D Experience was very filling(no pun intended). I had a "L" of a time, learning, listening, and laughing. But the one common denominator we all shared was LOVE. 

My experience with FloFiyah was great. Mz. Flo showed me what it would be like in the real world if I were to be a background dancer as I get older. I am truly thankful for the opportunity that she's given me and I'm thankful for Flofiyah!

I had an awesome time @ Wine, Records & Cigars. Good people, good music and libations. What else is needed for a great time?

Had a great time this past Saturday at the wine, cigar and records event. Good time, with good people and good vibes.

On Saturday, September 29, I attended Wine, Records & Cigars at the Fiyah House! The setup was amazing and the hosts were phenominal! The wine lounge had an awesome vibe to it! I felt like I was really out with my friends at a lounge, or a wine tasting event! The music fit the scenery so well, everything just flowed together. The cigar lounge was probably the most fun I had in a while! The game "Kill the DJ" was hilarious! It was pretty cool that cigars were sold in the lounge, along with the option of bringing your own. It was good to see some old friends and meet some new! Last but definitley not least, THE HOSTS AND THEIR SHIRTS! The design of the shirts were FIYAH!!!!!! The message, The words, and the colors just worked! Great job to the design team!!!! I may need to order a few for myself and family! REPRESENT! Great Job FLOFIYAH and Team!!! Can't wait for the next event!

My experience with FLOFIYAH's Vision Board was amazing. I brought a mentee with me thinking this will help her visualize her future and to my surprise it allowed me to envision my future as well. FLOFIYAH is not just for young girls, it's not just for grown women but it is designed to help us remember how much style and grace we have. Completing my vision board with my mentee reminded me to take care of my body and my mind. To treasure my finances and protect my dreams. Most importantly it reminded me to be beautiful and proud of who I am. I thank you Flo, for having a place for me  and other women young and old to come and put the pieces together.
